  • Engaging in coaching or wellness services does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

2. Fees, Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • All fees for services are communicated in advance and must be paid at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Refunds: Once a service has been rendered, fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a full-session fee unless waived at the provider's discretion.
