2. Fees, Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds: Once a service has been rendered, fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a full-session fee unless waived at the provider's discretion.
3. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services offered by Topal Counseling LLC are not therapy and should not be used as a substitute for psychological counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
